The Comparative World History course is designed to introduce students to the ideologies, beliefs, philosophies, art etc. of societies found around the globe. Throughout the course students will learn a variety of skills. Students will be able to compare and contrast cultures, analyze traditions and habits or identify important people and their achievements. By studying the histories of different regions students will gain a better understanding of conflicts, traditions and values. The goal of the course is for students to gain the skills to interpret, analyze and make conclusion about world events.

Basic Rules
- Be in your seat when the bell rings
- No food, No drinks (other than water)
- You may use the bathroom when you need to – please ask to be excused. One person out at a time, do you not abuse the privilege.
- Cell phones must be placed in your assigned pocket. Cell phone use is prohibited unless otherwise stated by the teacher.
- Any cell phones seen out during a test result in an automatic zero.
